A spot for lunch

I had the pleasure of traveling along Pacific Avenue, when I happened across a fine eatery at the very end.

It is located on the first floor of a building that won numerous awards in the 1960s for its innovative design.

Capers is a small bistro, with a great selection of fresh foods.

I've heard about their place in Proctor, which is mainly a take-away place, and am impressed with this location's beauty and menu.

I, Erik Hanberg, hereby swear on the lives of my non-gnome mother and my non-gnome father that I am not the Tacoma Gnome.

I am the Nome Gnome. I take pictures of myself in Nome, Alaska. The Tacoma Gnome has stolen my idea, though! He's my arch nemesis! If you figure out who he is, let me know. I want my point red hat back.

Ms Carly,

All of Tacoma is who I am. I travel through the nooks and crannies pointing out the things that we see every day.

Sure, I've been spotted during some photo opportunities, and I've had lengthy opportunity to interview some wonderful individuals around town ... see their places of business and learn much about your great city.

Mr. erik, I am sorry to have offended you in such a way that I have been promoted to "arch nemesis", certainly that is many notches above enemy. Perhaps I can stop by the Horatio some time. I realize it isn't a place, but it is a thought and an idea that does wonderful shows.

Feel free to e-mail me so we can set up an interview. tacomagnome (at) gmail.com.

If we schedule it correctly, perhaps my photographer can come along.
